Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
We will always try to ship your order within 24h from the minute you placed your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.

Due to supply chain issues, certain products may be shipped from abroad. A, rather pessimistic, estimation will be displayed on the product page when ordering these few products.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time:

domestically: 2-3 working days.

from abroad: 5-7 working days.

SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders within Sweden will be shipped with Postnord or DB Schenker. You will always receive a tracking number. 

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and size of order. 

RETURNS
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to all of our collections being limited. But of course, if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us and we will sort it out: info@day-one.se
